I saw this last year on A Bit of Sunshine, so a while back, Paven & I made some with the leftover Easter candy that we always have waaay too much of...
I think I make banana bread different every time, but I'm pretty sure this is what I used this time :)

- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 ripe bananas (that's just what we had, could've used more)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 15 or so miniature Reese's peanut butter cups, quartered
- 1/2 cup pecans
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt...Make a well in center of flour mixture, set aside...
In a medium bowl combine eggs, banana, sugar, & butter...
Add egg mixture to flour mixture, stir just until moistened, batter should be lumpy...
Fold in Reese's chunks & pecans...Spoon batter into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes
Um yeah, it was pretty good :)
And by the way, if you've never tried these, you really should...they work. Seems like we get fruit flies the second our bananas get the teensiest bit ripe & these work almost instantly :)
The End :)
